CeFi ↔ CRM Integration & Withdrawal Controls

The CeFi platform and the fund CRM belong to different legal entities but share clients. I designed the integration between them — daily account and balance snapshots, KYC approvals and referral events — over HMAC-signed APIs with a transactional outbox, so leadership sees CeFi and fund AUM side by side, reported per legal entity and never merged into one total. On the CeFi side I delivered the withdrawal and custody controls required before mainnet launch.
Confidential company project. Built at Decode Global for regulated financial-services businesses — the platform and its data are private, so there's no public link or product screenshots. Happy to walk through the architecture and my contribution on request.
What it does
- HMAC-SHA256 signed integration API with a transactional outbox, retry and dead-letter handling.
- Daily snapshots via Cloud Run Jobs and Scheduler; AUM reported per legal entity.
- Two-admin approval for every withdrawal, with optimistic locking against double approval.
- Designed and ran the mainnet key-management ceremony: dual sealed backups, a typed-back match check and a same-day recovery drill.
