A production, multi-system platform for a regulated fund manager — spanning the public marketing and lead-capture frontend, an internal CRM, an investor portal, and the finance/admin back office, all as one integrated system. A centralised exchange (CEX) was integrated over API to sync account, balance and trade data into operational dashboards and compliance reporting, so operations and compliance work from one reconciled source of truth.
What it does
- Elicited and documented business and technical requirements from sales, operations and compliance stakeholders into system specifications, data models and acceptance criteria.
- Mapped data flows and integration points across CRM, trading, accounting and client-portal systems, defining reconciliation and standardisation logic.
- Integrated a centralised exchange (CEX) via API — syncing account, balance and trade data into dashboards and compliance reporting.
- Specified KYC/AML screening, e-signature agreements with audit trails, and role-based access control; supported functional, non-functional and security testing.
- Helped deliver to production across dev, staging and production for two operating entities under a controlled, source-of-truth deployment process.
